YOUTH ATHLETIC

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

YOUTH ATHLETES ARE NOT GROWN ADULTS
THEIR TRAINING SHOULD REFLECT THIS.

  • If you're a parent of a middle or high school student with hopes of pursuing a career in athletics, you want the best for your child. That's why our athletic development program are the GOLD STANDARD for young athletes who are serious about excelling in their sport while staying injury-free and having fun in the process.

Our programs are designed with specific age groups in mind, ensuring that we individualize our approach to meet the needs of your athlete's developmental phase. Whether your child is just starting out or is a high school student with their sights set on NCAA athletics, we provide the perfect training.

We understand that every athlete is unique, and we work hard to create a customized program that's tailored to your child's specific goals and needs. Our team of coaches are second to none with experience at the Olympic level of sport. We will guide your athlete through the entire process, helping them develop the skills and techniques they need to succeed while keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.

At our athletic development program, we believe that your child's success is our success. Our practices are based on scientific reserach and data gathere around youth sports & athletic success. Our personalized approach, we're confident that we can help your child reach their full potential and achieve their athletic dreams.

  • At our athletic development program, we prioritize the safety and form of our young athletes above all else. We understand that having fun is just as crucial as achieving success. Unlike other programs that model themselves after advanced and risky collegiate strength and conditioning programs, we do not believe in putting our young athletes at risk of injury.

Instead, we start by laying a strong foundation of movement patterns, building a strong core and hips. These benchmarks are often neglected in youth athletic development, and this can have a significant impact on their high school performance and potential for pursuing athletics at a collegiate level.

To guide your athlete through their athletic journey, we combine the knowledge and experience of a youth development specialist, a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, Olympians, and an industry-leading performance coach. We want to help your athlete reach their full potential while also having a great time and staying safe.

  • Our approach to athlete development involves a three-phase strategy that prioritizes building a solid foundation of movement control, coordination, and quality. To achieve this, we begin with engaging games and key core and hip movement patterns that promote the development of these skills.

As the athlete progresses, we introduce fundamental movement patterns and variable coordination through games. In the final phase, we focus on enhancing the athlete's ability to produce load and power in these fundamental movements while continuing to refine core and hip control, agility, plyometrics, and variable adaptability (an athlete’s ability to adapt in unpredictable scenarios).

Our ultimate goal is to prepare the athlete for peak performance during their junior and senior years. But more than that, we aim to provide a foundation of athletic development that will set them up for success in college and beyond.
