What is it and how does it work?
A 8‑week, skimo‑specific strength block for Boulder Skimo Club. We meet 1×/week in person and mirror every session in the Kinesis App so you can stay on plan. Weekly rhythm: 1× coached, 1× programmed strength (app), 2× short mobility (app). A typical day: dynamic warm‑up → prep/alignment → two main compound sets → power/accessories → mobility.
Why strength for skimo?
Strength + plyos improve economy, power, and durability. Expect roughly 4–8% economy and ~5–12% overall performance improvements seen across endurance sports when these are added to normal training.
