Specializes in athletic performance & rehab
Sam is a U.S. Army airborne combat medic veteran with extensive experience rehabilitating soldiers in high-stress environments. Specializing in Bodybuilding and Strength & Conditioning, she supports athletes of all levels while pushing her own limits in ultramarathons and triathlons. Driven by a pursuit of adventure and science-based results, Sam designs custom programs that help athletes reach, and then exceed, their full potential.

Jackson holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. He’s led performance programs for collegiate teams and specializes in injury rehab, post-surgical recovery, and elite athlete strength development. With hands-on lab and coaching experience, Jackson brings precision and care to every program, tailoring sessions to each athlete’s unique needs and goals.

Collen competed in NCAA DII track and XC while earning a degree in exercise and rehab science. He holds a Master’s in Health and Human Performance from Oklahoma State, where he researched cardiovascular adaptations alongside a national-title team. Having interned with NAU’s strength staff, Collen now coaches everyone from high schoolers to post-collegiate runners, blending data-driven science with a focus on helping athletes thrive.
