Brand update & scope
WhichWeight, LLC now does business as Kinesis Integrated (“Kinesis Integrated,” “WhichWeight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website has moved from whichweight.com to kinesisintegrated.com. Any references to “whichweight.com” or “the Website/Site” now apply to kinesisintegrated.com. All support should be directed to support@kinesisintegrated.com. The legal entity remains WhichWeight, LLC, and our mobile/desktop app may still reference WhichWeight.
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with https://www.kinesisintegrated.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide (the “Services”).
Consent & incorporation
By using the Services and/or accepting our Terms of Use, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and subject to, the Kinesis Integrated Terms of Use at https://www.kinesisintegrated.com/terms. References to “Services” here have the meaning in the Terms of Use.
Personal data we may collect
We collect information to deliver and improve the Services, enhance your experience, and support our business functions—including training and improving our adaptive training algorithms. Categories of personal data may include:
Identifiers. Information that identifies or relates to a particular individual, such as name, email address, and telephone number.
Commercial information. Purchase and transaction history.
Internet or other electronic network activity information. Mobile device and online identifiers; MAC address; IP address; cookie IDs; browser activity; and information about your interactions with our Site or app.
Demographic information. Age, gender, date of birth, height, weight, prior and present exercise and sport activity, and weight-lifting experience.
Profile information. Any automated processing performed on personal data to evaluate, analyze, or predict personal aspects related to an identified or identifiable individual’s health or exercise ability.
Session recording & analytics. We utilize session-recording and analytics tools to monitor user activity to improve our services and user experience. Sensitive information—including, but not limited to, passwords, financial data, and personally identifiable information—is automatically filtered and excluded from monitoring. This collection is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog is configured with privacy controls (IP de-identification, input masking, limited retention). See PostHog’s privacy controls for session recording and data masking.
Payment information (processed by Stripe)
When you subscribe, any credit card information you provide is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., via Stripe Checkout. We do not receive or store your full credit card information.
How we use your personal information
Improve training & personalization. We use demographic and profile information to train our adaptive algorithm and improve the Services.
Service communications. We use identifiers and profile information to notify you about changes to the Site, Services, or features.
Account & billing. We use identifiers and commercial information to provide notices about your account or subscription (including expiration and renewal).
Operations & security. We use internet/network activity information to improve internal operations, secure our systems, and detect fraudulent or illegal activity.
Marketing. We use identifiers, demographic information, and profile information for marketing (e.g., emails about new services, offers, promotions, and other Service information).
Legal compliance & protection. We process information to comply with legal obligations and cooperate with authorities where required, protect our rights, prevent misuse of the Site/Services, protect property or safety, pursue remedies, limit damages, comply with judicial processes, respond to lawful requests, and for auditing.
Other disclosed purposes. We may use information in other ways we describe when you provide it.
Disclosure of your information
Aggregated data. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information about users without restriction.
Service delivery. We may disclose personal information to subsidiaries and affiliates, and to contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business.
Business transfers. We may disclose information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of WhichWeight, LLC’s assets (including during bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings) where user information is among the transferred assets.
Legal & safety. We may disclose personal information:
To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to government or regulatory requests.
To enforce or apply our Terms of Use (https://www.kinesisintegrated.com/terms) and other agreements, including for billing and collection.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of WhichWeight/Kinesis Integrated, our customers, or others.
Data security
We implement measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Your security also depends on you. If you have a password for access to certain parts of the Site or Services, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share your password.
Please note that transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security during transmission. Any transmission is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
Children’s privacy
Our Site and Services are not intended for children under 13. No one under 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site, register, make purchases, or provide any information about yourself (including name, address, telephone number, email address, or screen name/username).

WhichWeight, LLC’s obligations under applicable U.S. state privacy laws are limited to the extent we collect or process your personal information and to the extent WhichWeight, LLC is subject to a given law. As a small business, WhichWeight, LLC may be exempt from certain U.S. state privacy laws.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

We post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat users’ personal information, we will notify you via email (to the address specified in your account) or through a notice on the Site’s home page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Site and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
