Quick answers to help you hit the ground running with your athletes.
Do I need gym equipment?
Programming accommodates various equipment scenarios. Some athletes train in commercial gyms, others in home setups with basic equipment, and some with bodyweight-only options. Your application should describe your equipment access, and your onboarding call will clarify what's needed for your specific programming track.
Can you work around my injury history?
We require comprehensive injury history during application because programming around limitations is different from programming without awareness. Many athletes join us with ongoing management needs: knee issues, hip concerns, shoulder limitations, chronic patterns. We design around the body you have, not an idealized version. Full disclosure in your application helps us serve you better.
What results can I expect and how long does it take?
Results depend on consistency, starting point, and goal type. Most athletes notice improved movement quality and reduced nagging aches within 4-6 weeks. Measurable strength improvements typically appear in 8-12 weeks when programming is executed consistently. Performance transfer to endurance events usually becomes apparent after 3-6 months of integrated programming. The key variable is your execution. Programming only works when you do the work. We provide the structure and expertise; you provide the consistency.
What happens if I miss training?
Life happens. Extended absences (more than two weeks) require communication so we can pause programming appropriately. We will always adapt workouts based on your previous completion and progression!
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Absolutely. Many athletes start in Signature, demonstrate consistency and commitment, and eventually recognize they want the deeper integration Premium provides. Upgrades can happen at any monthly billing cycle. We also periodically evaluate athletes for upgrade recommendations based on their training patterns and communication.
What's the onboarding fee for?
The one-time onboarding fee covers your initial assessment, onboarding call, movement evaluation, and first program development. It's bundled into your first month and helps us ensure that athletes taking this seriously are the ones we accept into the program.
