
Comprehensive Assessment
Our 90-minute assessment is designed to give us a complete picture of how you move and why that matters for your performance. We evaluate both your movement quality and your strength through a layered lens we call the Global–Local–Global approach.
We begin with broad movement patterns to understand how your body moves as a system. From there, we zoom in to test joint-by-joint mechanics, identifying any imbalances, weaknesses, or movement restrictions. Finally, we step back again to analyze how those pieces integrate into your sport-specific demands, whether you're chasing a PR, returning from injury, or training for longevity.
This isn’t a surface-level screen. We leave no stone unturned and provide you with a clear, customized map of where your body is today and how we’ll get it to where you want to go. This assessment becomes the foundation of your individualized training plan.
